Both parcels are still in China waiting for flight space to Spain.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea and many parcels were badly delayed .

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need to open dispute for refund.

Thanks for the relpy.. any idea when it will be back to normal or atleast open up flights? I've ordered stuff from the seller after these and tbey have already came. Thank you

China Post has rent many new cargo airline and railways since April and many new parcels were actually shipped very quickly. The problems are those parcels of Feb and March. they are inside the warehouse, China Post workers have no time to deal these old parcel at this moment.

LW558476755CN never moved since Mar 13. It has more than 50% possibility to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.
