Hi
I was wondering if you could help me track this number RN001555409CN as it has not updated since the 7th of this month, the last update says it left Beijing airport. The destination is Ireland,

parcel to ireland might take 3 to 5 weeks. in some stage, status will frozen for 2 to 4 weeks, it is normal.

I ordered from fasttech and option I chose is supposed to take 6-14 days

As per our statistic , less than 20% parcels can arrive Ireland within 14 days. Most parcel wills take about 20 to 30 days to reach your country from china. so your seller is misleading you.

give you an example: RG148182747CN was actually shipped on Mar 19 from Beijing. It was delivered to Dublin on April 10. you can see tracking history in this page http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RG148182747CN
