Shipped early December, apparently sent through ePacket but came up as China Post Registered AirMail and still is yet to arrive, and I also noticed that the shipment had been safety rejected yet it was a pair of shoes? Please help.

safety rejected should be a mistake. the parcel was sent to airline again on Dec 9. Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.
