It has been stuck in Nanjing for 8 days now. It hasn't been updated ever since. I have been growing impatient with this package. Here is the tracking number. Use it on usps.com or ems. EA015992435CN

EA015992435CN is from Nanjing which is much slower than from Beijing. you need wait another 2 weeks. ETA should be April 20 to April 30.

Also, do you know a phone number for the facility in Nanjing EMS, China?

helmet is ok if it does not have battery inside. If the parcel has battery, it will be rejected or even destroyed. Nanjing EMS has no customs service phone number. They use China EMS hotline 11183, but this hotline can not reply your question about the parcel hold in customs. Government officer does safety check. If you have illegal item, they will throw the parcel into trash without noticing EMS and shipper.
