http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RW302660358CN was sent to Guangzhou airport on Apr 1. That is the last information we have. I believe it is still in Guangzhou now.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a very slow service. Right now China has cancelled most of airline to US. limited space are all reserved for EMS and ePacket. Register airmail with low priority might have very long delay. you need some patient.
If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
