Hello,
I sent a business parcel via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom on 06/04/2018, tracking number RZ365842520GB. I was informed by my business colleague, whom was meant to be collecting the parcel that it had arrived but she was unable to collect the parcel as I had sent it to the wrong name, that didn't match her ID.
I have emailed ChinaPost several times without receiving a reply, and have also contacted Royal Mail who informed me that I must contact China Post in order to change the name on my parcel.
Please could you inform me of the correct procedures I need to do in order to change the name on my parcel or have it sent back to me?

you can not change the name of the receiver. This is a protection of parcel privacy and property ownership. Suppose anyone from internet can change name of other people's parcel, it will be a disaster for both Royal Mail and China Post.

The parcel will be returned to UK.

Ok.
So is there no faster way for me to receive my parcel back? Is there a fee I can pay to have it sent back faster as I would like to have it returned asap so I can resend it myself with the correct name?

No. You can do nothing except waiting the return.
