Hi Could you please help me for check the reason why the status is no update
Ship from US by EMS

Help me please, it too long to wait because it send by ems
and the package is for return to exchange at china shop but when i ask the shop to help, they said china post did not give the answer/ not give the information???? so how can i do

EW004116429US arrived Fuzhou on Feb 3, but never has update. This is bad news. It might be lost.

If you purchased insurance from USPS, you need file investigation and claim insurance compensation.
