Hi! I have some question.
My tracking number is RG707100002CN
Last status updating was 20 dec, it is "Dongguan Transit Stationcenter export customs cleared"
Tell me what's wrong wis my parcel?
Shall i open dispute?

Nothing is wrong, your parcel's status is normal. Usually tracking appears to "freeze" for a long time at the last status in China, when the parcel is travelling between countries. See here:

Thank you for your answer. There is no information about my parcel's leaving China. Is it normal?

after parcel left china, there will be no update status anymore. this is normal.
