Hi Admin.

I ordered a dress from ali express and the seller gave me the tracking number :
RM807933732CN

I would like to know why my parcel stuck at security scan more than 13 days???
Why it takes sooo long?

Can you check where is the parcel because i ordered from other seller in china at the same date and it already at shipped to my country.

Why my parcel at security scan too long?
Is it missing?

Please repon asap. Thank you.

the parcel status seems ok. now is chinese new year, processing is slow.
