:( Hi. Why my parcel stuck at Guangzhou Interchange Bureau? RR006896427AZ
it is already 4 days that stuck there, Hong Kong is very near why not sent there?

RR006896427AZ is going to mainland China, not Hong Kong. Are you sure you put the address to Hong Kong ?

Yes, of course. In our post office tracking detail also has put Hong Kong. How to resolve this?

if your address in parcel is to Hong Kong. China Post will consider it as international transit parcel and make second sorting in Guangzhou international customs warehouse. The processing time often is slow because international transit parcel has low priority.

After Guangzhou office completes 2nd sorting, then they will transit the parcel to Hong Kong post. I believe you will wait another 1 or 2 weeks to get the parcel in Hong Kong.

Once it arrives Hong Kong, you can track it in Hong Kong Post website.
