Post My Parcel Lying in Kolkata Airport Sorting Office

Hello Admin,

I have two parcels lying in Kolkata Sorting Office since 06-06-2015, with the tracking numbers as follows;

RJ477052875CN
RL108325297CN

And another parcel with the tracking number "RK251418026CN" which is yet to be received in India,

It has been a month now since those two parcels are lying in Kolkata Sorting Office, is there any process by which we can expedite the parcels to reach us.

The Parcels just contain dress which I ordered for my daughter, and hair accessories, which are not expensive after all.

The last one which I ordered was a suit for a wedding, not sure if that will reach me before the wedding.

I request the admin to see if there is any possibility that you can help me in receiving the parcels soon.

the parcels are in the hands of India Post. you should contact them to find the parcel. if they can not help you, open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

Thanks for the quick response, it will be great if you can let me know the possible means of contacting India Post, I have tried checking in the India Post website with the tracking numbers, but it says the same status.

Hi,

you can raise a complaint on their online website http://www.indiapost.gov.in. Sometimes that help, sometime it doesn't, otherwise the contact info is given on this website itself.

Hi,

Thanks for the info, I actually tried calling the Number which was given for International Mails, however, the only message I got was "All Our executives are currently busy, please stay on the line" I held the line for 15 minutes but the same message kept playing again and again. Hung up after 15 minutes.
