Hi guys,

So I ordered a parcel which shipped on the 22th of September and the tracking said it left Shanghai Pundong on the 27th of September.
And that's where the tracking ends. I know it can take long and stuff but this is the longest time I ever experienced and I'm kind of worried because it is an order worth 120 dollar. I ordered from DHgate btw.

Does someone know why it's taking so long to ship to the Netherlands? Ordered other things this month which already arrived so I have no idea what's going on.
The people of our postalservice in the Netherlands also don't have information and they say it's not in my country yet.
My trackingnumber: RH344869235CN

Thanks a lot!

1. This is one tracking I found for you:
International Mail# RH344869235CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RH344869235CN CHINA NETHERLANDS On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
22-Sep-2016 18:50 Received by Post Office 20023712
24-Sep-2016 15:34 Departure export customs SHANGHAI

2. So according to the above tracking and others, your parcel departed China and is On Route to Netherlands. Normally parcel for European country takes 3 weeks, your parcel is late but 3 weeks is only an estimate arrival time.

3. Since only you can track your parcel on the NL Post site, you are able to see whatever there is to see. What I don't know is if NL Post is scanning your parcel first before it goes to the Customs Office to get clear or only after it clear the Customs Office.

4. You might be able to call NL Post and ask them that question, scanning the parcel as soon as it arrive then Customs or what!

5. So far from the tracking, I can not see anything wrong with your parcel. Hope that the true value of the parcel was declare on the Customs declaration form from China.

Hope this help.

I have the exact same problem. Packages that are said to have left Shanghai (at least in september) seems to have vanished. It's worrying that a letter, parcel or package can be "in the air" for about 5 weeks... and no information what-so-ever!
