Post MY PARCEL IS MISSING 3 WEEKS!!

MY PARCEL IS MISSING 3 WEEKS, DUTCH POST TOLD ME IT NEVER ARRIVED,
CHINA POST TOLD ME ITS ALLREADY IN NETHERLANDS.
IM LOOSING CUSOMERS ALOT

1. Your parcel departed China on the 28 Nov and is On route to the Netherlands. Here is a description of the CP number for your parcel:

SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

2. If Netherlands has to much work for incoming Inbound parcels, then the parcels are not scan by Post NL. It's just laying there in a Inbound warehouse ready to be scan. As soon as they can they will scan the parcel, then they will give it to Netherlands Customs for clearance.

3. Post NL is looking on the computer for any scan, no scan of the parcel it has not arrive in Netherlands. By the way every country in the World is working the same way, service center rely on the tracking of your parcel. If the parcel is not scan it's not in the country yet. Which sometime it's not true, it's because they did not have time to scan the parcel.

postNL told me the parcel is not arrived in Netherlands, i dont understand that a flight from China to Netherlands can take so long!

last week my pack was delivered in 1 week!

1. If your think the parcel is lost or misplace, then open a dispute with the seller to get your money back.

1. In an other discussion here, a person was mentioning that parcel to Netherlands normally take 2 to 3 weeks ruffly. But in this period of time of the year it can take from 4 to 5 weeks because to many parcels are coming in for the holiday seasons.

2. Apparently he is a buyer in China for a long period of time. He said it's always like that each year.

China Post,

I lost now many customers. The parcel is stuck in China , but Chinapost tracking tells you its allready in an Airplane, its NOT, its not loaded. PLEASE LOAD MY CARGO AND SHIP IT!

1. You should ask your the seller that you do business with for a long time, to verify with China Post and make sure that the parcel have physically left China on an Aircraft for your country.

2. Other then that, I have given you all the explanation about your parcel in the above post.
