Post My packages to Peru never move

All my packets are in Beijin airport and no more, so what is the reasson? I bought other times and never have this problem, so CHINA POST din´t sen to Peru?? or what?

my tracks are : RI243096845CN, RI393012982CN, RG100410873CN, RF037246007CN, RI461101445CN, RJ495875952CN, RJ457551050CN, RN080030803CN.

This e mail exist [email protected] ????

Send an e-mail on June 30 and until today I have not received this e mail response is for? or what e-mail that I send my claim, because China post responsible for their packages since the accepted.

I made an inquiry and claim to sellers but they ask me to communicate with my mail from my country, in my country don´t record any of my package so far and say the problem comes from CHINA POST

I need a help, i need and replay.

China Post does not reply any email. So you can not directly contact China Post for any parcel inquiry.

please noted that shipping to Peru might take up 1 to 3 months, and status might freeze for long time without changing.

normally if you can not get parcel in 40 days, you should ask seller extend buyer protection. if your seller does not response, then open dispute and claim refund.

I call to SERPOST is the post company and they tell me that follow any registered still not arrived nothing. Why in the china post tracking all my packages say beijin airpor and don`t move nothing why??????
