Hello, why is the package stuck for almost 2 weeks already in China post, any problem with my order or any idea whats going on?

Arrived 26. April in Dongguan, Guangdong International Exchange Bureau
No move after 26.April - almost close to 2 weeks now, is it normal?

You can check please?

I buy product and now is stucked in china post, why?

I tried to find contact for the china postage to ask them but I couldnt find, maybe you can also give me contact for Dongguan, Guangdong China post so I can write them or something? I really dont want to loose my money for nothing, thanks.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
