Is there a problem with EMS at Guangzhou aviation hub?, My parcel was shipped on 19th February and hasnt moved on since 20th February.

The tracker reads:
2017-02-20 20:17 Guangdong postal courier logistics international business sales department Higashiyama Range Rover voted station has been received (the embrace cast member name: Deng June, Tel:)

2017-02-20 04:24 Guangzhou, left Guangzhou to the aviation hub, London Heathrow Airport (transfer).

It's been sat there for 22 days now, any idea when the parcel will be on UK soil?
