Post My Package Is Still In Transit

So I ordered a package on the 28th of December of 2017 and its estimated delivery date was from the 15th of January to the 4th of February. Now all of that seems normal though then later it said that the order was in transit to its destination as of January 19th from stamford new york to clermont Florida. It is now the 23rd of January and its still in transit. Usually my other packages have arrived quicker. Is this normal?

USPS website shows " The item is currently in transit to the destination as of January 19, 2018 at 12:24 pm. It is on its way to CLERMONT, FL 34715". You can call USPS and inquiry delivery schedule.
