Post My package is lost

I sent a package from Portugal to Beijing and is been lost since it arrived Beijing.
The information I get is this one: Beijing Processing Center has been imported and sealed (domestic transit). But this information is from the 1st of april :(
How can I track it?
The tracking number is VD000566793PT

VD000566793PT is in Beijing post office. you need call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Why wasn't it deliver it at the destination?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Beijing in early April. If you have not got the parcel, it is a very bad news. based on our statistics, such parcel has more than 80% chance to be lost or returned.

I suggest you call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry parcel location detail.
