Post my package has not moved in 7 weeks

My package with tracking number RW178815920CN has not moved in 7 weeks.

I understand there may be backlog from new year holiday, but that was some time ago.

Can anyone help please?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller delayed shipment over 50 days. He actually shipped the goods on Mar 10. Normally such airmail parcel needs another 4 to 8 weeks to reach Colombia.

If time is important to you, you need open dispute to WISH for compensation.
