1. This is what I found for you after tracking your parcel.

2. Your parcel departed Hong Kong on the 1 Aug:
2016-08-01 00:00,Departed., IL

3. Your parcel is what is call China Post Registered Surface Mail and can take up to 6 months to be deliver. You might want to read this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

4. Also I found this for your from the Hong Kong site:

You will find info under Service Features

5. What I don't know is if Israeli Post will track your number in Israel. You could maybe call them to find out. I guess you just need to wait for now.
