Even though from a tracking website provided by the store. It says it has been delivered. But it has not. It says that it arrived in the city of Spokane, but not at my address. The tracking number is AS838834625CN

You must be scammed. Many other users have reported similar fraud related to such A***CN parcel.

The seller shipped some junk to another address in your country. He needs a "delivery" tracking result in order to get payment from your bank (or paypal).

You need to call your credit card bank and report fraud.
