Post My package has been delivered 19 times

Hi!
My package has been delivered 19 times. I suppose that the problem is the courier didn't have my Chinese phone number. Or maybe the delivery address that I input is wrong. So could you contact with the courier and refresh those important information?
My package number is RU885515641GB.

1. I don't know if you are the sender of the parcel or the receiver of the parcel.

2. But the person receiving the parcel in China should contact China Post Hot Line as soon as possible otherwise the parcel will go back to UK:
Destination Country - China: 86 20 11185

3. The parcel is ready to be pick up at Harbin development zone post China.

Hi!
1. I am the receiver of the parcel.
2. I don't know how to contact with China Post Hot Line. Because I have never heard about it before. Could you show me the website of China Post Hot Line, or the telephone number even better?
3. Harbin Development Zone is quite a big district. I can't locate the parcel without more details.
I know that this may cause a lot of trouble, I apologize.

Hi!
Please ignore the last message. I have contacted with the China Post Hot Line. It said that the parcel is returning back to UK. The receiver, which means us, cannot get the parcel back. If you don't mind, could you please contact with China Post Hot Line and let them resend the parcel one more time?

1. The last tracking of the parcel is this:

Development zone branch of post and telecommunications, left, the next station "City Centre"

2. As soon as possible; you should go physically to a big China Post Office and ask them to stop the parcel from going back to UK. If they can not do it, then the parcel is going back to UK.

3. By the way, I don't work for China Post, I'm not in China and don't speak Mandarin.

1. Yes it's normal that you don't have any tracking after the 22 Oct because the parcel was not scan by anybody. It's not lost in the Air like most people are saying.

2. I would not be surprise that the parcel has landed in France but La Poste did not scan your parcel yet. Maybe La Poste have to many parcels coming to France from overseas and did not have the time yet to scan your parcel.

3. Normally parcel to France can take from 7 to 44 days for delivery. You just need to be patient and check for any new update on the La Post site.
