Hi,

My tracking no is RK443808820CN and it have not being updated since 29th Sept. May I know what is the issue?

2. Your parcel should have arrive by now, it's been on the road for 19 days. Just to make sure, please give your parcel a chance and if by next week the 21 Oct you still can not track any activities, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. Maximum estimate arrival time for Singapore is 14 days. You could right now advise the seller that your parcel has not arrive. Also maybe your parcel got delay because of China National holiday on the week 1 - 8 Oct.
