Hello,
My parcel with tracking no:RN400123059CN and RH010851648CN
has no more progress .
11/26/2014 1:06:00 PM CHINA 400059 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
11/30/2014 4:17:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
12/1/2014 8:01:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Somebody please assist to get this parcel.

the parcel is in India customs waiting for clearance. the processing will take about 2 to 4 weeks. status will not change during the time.

The status is still same and My time to open dispute is soon ending in 5 days.

the parcel is in India customs in Kolkata. now is rush season, processing is slow. you need some patient. you can not push government to speed up anything.
