http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped in July. Normally parcel from China to Bahrain can take 4 to 8 weeks. Your parcels has more than 70% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to ali express for refund.
