Post more than 10 days and parcel not appears on tracking system

I have track number: RJ522113728CN

seller told me they deposit the parcel on Jun, 15.
I checked the tracking system since Jun 20, and nothing. Could you please tell me what is going on?

Well, I talked to the seller, and now he told me that China post service lost my parcel.
Is it true or just an excuse?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post has not received the parcel. this means your seller did not ship the goods, the number is fake. you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

We did ship the parcel,but it was not updated online.
Cause we send parcel to our shipping agent first, then shipping agent send it to our post office.
Maybe our shipping agent lost it,so China air post never get the parcel.
As i said,we can refund you or remake it for you.

you can wait one more weeks and track again. if tracking result still shows as china post has not received the goods, you should open dispute and claim refund.
