I ordered my item - tracking number RV451917035CN on 1 June 2020 and has still not arrived! Please can you provide an update of where it is and when I will receive my purchase. Please provide details of where it is now and what will happen (ie processes it will now go through) in order to get to me.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV451917035CN shows the parcel just arrived China/Kazakhstan border on Jun 30. Based on our stat, the parcel will arrive UK between Jul 20 to Jul 30. Please be patient.

Once parcel arrives UK, you can see arrival info in http://track-chinapost.com/startukpost.php

I think I have been more than patient - 2 months for delivery is unacceptable. If this is standard delivery for items purchased for this supplier, your extremely long delivery times should be clearly shown on their website! Please prioritise my order or I will have no option but to notify my card provider of a fraudulent transaction - payment made but goods not received!

The package was received by China Post June 20. During the coronavirus pandemic most international flights are cancelled and it is normal for a package to stuck in China for 2 month according to our stats. You can always contact the seller or site or card provider to open dispute for a refund according to their refund policy
