I have this parcel departure from Guangzhou , and status still remain unchanged till today.

This is my tracking number RC782434314CN , the seller tell me this is a surface mail , and ask me to wait patiently. I wait this nearly one month already , so can you tell me the status ??

RC782434314CN seems to be delayed in Guangzhou. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to seller for refund, otherwise keep waiting.

how much the maximum the seller can claim the lost item refund from China post, let say the item cost is RMB 300.

you can not claim any money from china post, you need claim refund from seller. Seller can claim compensation from china post.

sure i know,, i would like to know how much seller can claim compensation from china post.

I bought the thing from taobao ,,due to item faulty i sent it back for repair, but it is now lost when the seller sent me the replacement parts.

He only willing to sent me another one ,if he can claim the compensation from post office.

Not sure how much insurance seller purchased from china post, seller need contact his local post office for compensation detail.
