http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

If you paid with paypal, you should be ok. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the goods in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.
