Check with Royal Mail, they are responsible for delivery of your parcel.

They wont speak to me as I am not the sender and this is Royal Mails stance on the matter

" If another postal operator has been used and you are the sender please contact them to pursue any claim. If you are the recipient and the item has not been sent using one of Royal Mail’s services you should refer the matter to the sender for them to take up with their chosen postal operator."

Royal Mail website shows:
Your item, posted on 05/09/15 with reference LX912671952CN was delivered in TRANENT PDO on 07/09/15.
