Hello,

My package LT449733149CN has not moved from the China post office since November 23 but I had ordered it to arrive on December 20 -- it now appears to be stuck for over 3 weeks. What is going on???

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-23 00: 00: 00.0 21:47:00 Guangdong Post Express Logistics International Business Sales Department Baiyun Lanwang station to leave the processing center, sent to Guangzhou

2. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible and say to him that your parcel is lost or misplace. Ask him to call China Post EMS to find out where is your parcel. Please give seller the above tracking.
