Tracking number LT278499955CN still hasnt shipped to me. Ive been waiting for almost 1 month now and it still says processed through facility in china. Could they have lost it? Its taking so long and im worried that they lost or misplaced it and that I wont get my package. Is there a way to talk to customer service in china post office?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT278499955CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Jan 30.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicag,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

your parcel is still in normal time frame, not necessarily lost. please wait one one or two more weeks before you make any decision.
