Hello,

This package shows it was cleared by customs after delivery to China, but it has seemingly disappeared for the past month. My business partner contacted China post and they said they haven't received the package, while USPS says their job was done, and there is nothing they can do. Global Post and RR Donnelly also said their work was done. Is there a way to file an investigation against China post?

The package contained many valuable diamonds and various gemstones.

You should file investigation with USPS. Then USPS will contact China Post to locate the parcel. It seems that the parcel is lost in China customs in Beijing airport.

If you ship expensive item, you should buy insurance. Even China Post confirm the parcel is lost, the compensation is not very much.
