I have a 10 KG package using China Post SAL shipping. The final tracking result shows for at least two weeks like this:
2017-02-08 09:32,International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada, CNSHAA,China

I've called Canada Post and they don't have the package. Could it be still at Shanghai waiting for loading to a cargo, or hold up at Canada custom, or just lost?
According to one of the 11185 agent when just asking China Post their international SAL time frame, it is 15 to 30 days. But when complaining a traceable item, it's never been made clear of time frame to allow themselves ball kicking and slow problem solving response.
Any clues?

I'm appreciated your reply. Have you deleted my repost in Canada/US group? How do you know it's still on the way? In other post, you told another Canadian customer, recently Toronto custom is slow. According to tracking result, the last activity is the same as mine as of yesterday.
