Parcel is coming from Australia to Shanghai Putuo district Meichuan Road and Zhenbei Road. Package says it’s out of customs but I don’t know who to contact for help. Last tracking was on Sept. 24th with it still saying it’s out for delivery. Please help!!

the parcel arrived China Post office in 曹杨新村营业部 on Sep 24. You need ask receiver go to that post office to pickup the parcel.
