My tracking # is LL274169361CN

Please check where it is now as I supposed to get it in Hong Kong, but tracking shows it is in China, I have been waiting it for more than a month!!

When will I get it!??

LL274169361CN arrived Hong Kong on May 30 but failed delivery. Then Hong Kong Post returned the parcel to shipper in Nanjing. You can not get this parcel anymore.

Any means I can change my mailing address now? No one contacted me when there is problem during delivery, such bad service!!!
