tracking number RM286748408CN

Ordered on March 7 and last update was sent to airline on April 2, still haven't received and am wondering about its state. Thanks

It even says estimated delivery arrival March 27-April 17

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on April 2. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.

i put tracking code into Canadapost track but shows nothing, says not in Canada etc.

If it was just sitting there shouldn't there be a status update or shouldn't it say its there?

RM286748408CN is china post register mail. You can not track it in Canada Post website. Only China Post epacket or EMS parcel can be tracked in Canada Post website.
