http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO943755136CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Germany on Mar 24. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Europe. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund.

are you sure that the goods will still be delivered ? i thought corona is no longer an issue in china.

Corona virus is almost controlled in China. But it becomes more serious in Europe. Travelling are still banned. So the airlines between China and Europe have not been back to normal level.

LO943755136CN was returned to shipper. Not sure return reason. You can not get this parcel in future. please open dispute for refund.
