Is there a way to find out what happened to item? The last movement on track-chinapost.com was: 2015-05-19 12:54 Xiamen, left the treatment center, SEND to USJFKF

The one before it was: 2015-05-19 00:16 Shishi city, leaving the treatment center and SENT to Xiamen

The word SENT was used until the last tracking. Then the word is SEND which usually implies it has not yet been SENT.

Can someone help?
