Where is my package???? Dispatch from sorting center on 12/16 - it's now 12/28. No way to contact anyone at customer service. Very poor service - I would be ashamed. What do I do????? LN611598246CN

on your site it says that my package (LN719805675CNe) has been shipped and is in U.S. On the USPS site it says they have received confirmation from your site that you are preparing to ship it. Where is it?

it is rush season delay. wait one or two more weeks. it will arrive.
