PLEASE HELP. I bought an item from a seller in China and had to return it for an exchange. I sent the item on MAY 5, 2014 from the United States to China. As of May 7,2014, there is no update on where the package is. The US postal says that they can not track it after it leaves the US. China postal has no new updates. Can you PLEASE help me find where the package is. PLEASE!

I also tried changing the postal tracking number with R in the front and CN in the back. Still no luck.

the parcel has not arrived china. not sure it is lost or stuck in usa customs. you'd better contact usps and file a claim.

Ok. Thank you for checking. The USPS says it is not in the US and they have no way of checking. I guest it is now a lost for me.
