Hi!

My item RB928633869CN last status is "Sent to airline" in 13 Nov 2013 destination BRAZIL, what happened?

normally parcel should arrive Brazil within 4 weeks of "sent to airline" days. Your parcel seems have problem and should open a dispute immediately to get your money back. check following post:
