Can you tell me where this package is? it has been stuck at 2020-11-14 20:14
Dongguan City, has been handed over to the carrier transport.

Also what weight and type of parcel it is? I've ordered a box of 147 silicone molds however when I ordered the same from a different company I received a bubble pack envelope with hardly anything I'd ordered inside. I have a feeling this has happened again :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA998326370CN shows the parcel was Departured export customs, it is waiting for the flight to UK, because of the International flights have been reduced, so the parcel need to take a long time for getting the airlines space, suggest you wait for one or two weeks.

Ahh OK must have been a glitch earlier as it had on route in a yellow box. I'll give it another week, its a pitty as I ordered something else from China Nov 30th and it arrived 2 days ago.

That page is a tracking result that shows up in place of the normal one sometimes, that yellow box saying "on route" is your package status and it will say that during the entire transit unless there is a problem usually, then it will say "returned" or something similar. With Covid going on, the global shopping festival a short while ago, and holidays coming up, wait times are extremely unpredictable, some parcels wait weeks and others get through in a few days, it's almost like the lottery but a lot more frustrating.

Hi me again, I've managed through Google translate speak to the ems customer service. They took my email, home address and mobile said they would get back to me but I've heard nothing. Is there a English customer service I can contact? Or are you able to find out what's happening and why I haven't been contacted.

Other then that have a good Xmas and new year.

This is what ems tracking is saying at the moment. What does [city] has to pay transportation carriers mean? I have paid for express postage so have the company not passed something onto the carriers?
