Post Ive waited 56 days and received no updates

Hello

I ordered my parcel on August 7th and it left China (Guangzhou) on August 31, 2017.

I have still not received any further update on where my parcel is. Is there no way to track your parcel once it's left China? How long am I supposed to wait?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel left China in end of August. It is outside China now(and most possibly arrived South Africa customs). However, South Africa import processing is very slow. you might need wait 30 to 90 days to get it released from customs. you can not see new status during the time, please be patient.
