Hi china post, my item stuck at Guangzhou, Guangdong, sorting center in China since 21-03-2019. when it will be release and send to malaysia. i has been almost 2month since i order this item from the seller. is it fraud.

my item tracking number that stuck at Sorting Center Guangzhou, Guangdong, China are as below:

LA520711992CN is fake number. Your seller never shipped anything, you are scammed. you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.

how about the other 2 number. it stuck at sorting center since 21-03-2019.

another two parcels with U are china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
