Post Item stuck at ISC USPS??

Hello i ordered something and it arrived in the united states on January 2nd at ISC in New York. I am worried because its been there for three days with no update and in the past my orders never stay there for more than a day and are always in transit to my post office. Is it Stuck in Customs? Is it in Transit? Whats taking so long?

Call USPS , they might know the reason of delay.
