Hey,
So I order semi regular from a person in China and anything I've ordered always gets to me fine. I ordered 2 parcels at the same time.
Both where shipped at the same time however 1 has arrived and the other one seems lost? Thats the tracking number. I order it almost 2 months ago now. Its a Christmas present for my mum so its very important.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ371640742CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 10. Normally parcel to UK can arrive in no more than 60 days. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 11, then open dispute to your seller for lost parcel refund.
