Post "Item returned from export Customs/Security" means?

Tracking number: EA905077195CN

Please tell me what this status message means?:

"Item returned from export Customs/Security"

Does that mean the item was returned to the shipper for some reason? I am confused because it says "on route"

Please advise what that message means. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA905077195CN shows the parcel now is waiting for flight space from qingdao to SFO. Everything looks ok, please wait about 7 to 20 days to get the parcel.

This package was shipped on July 15th via EMS which is supposed to be a very fast service. It's already been 11 days and now you're saying that it could be another 7 to 20 days? What is the purpose of EMS if it's going to move so low from China?
