I ordered something October 2nd they shipped out October 9 it’s now literally October 22/23 in China what’s going on say package went through customs on usps.com Please help what’s going on EA348804535CN it’s going to ny

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA348804535CN shows the parcel was shipped from China Post Guangzhou office on Oct 9 but never left there. Normally this is a bad news which means the parcel might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new update by end of Oct, open dispute for lost parcel.
