Hi, I made a n order on April 27. They sent me the tracking number LN283510574CN but when I try to track my order it says there is no package associated with the number?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
